ABOUT ME

The secrets of success are something that have always fascinated me.  I learnt quite some time ago that the measurement of success is surely being able to do what you want, when you want, where you want.  Within this context what will be considered success for one person will undoubtedly be different for another.

I now work as a coach, mentor and guide to help businesses and individuals discover, create, and achieve what success is for them.

I began my career training as an electronics and electrical engineer with BT in the 80's, and subsequently developed a career in Information technology that spanned 20 years. During this time I worked at many management levels and learnt a great deal about what makes a successful leader.  My freelance work in the I.T. arena has taken me into large commercial and corporate organisations, as well as local and national government departments.  I developed a reputation as someone who is highly motivated, proactive, determined and organised, with excellent People Management, Team Leadership, and communication skills.

As my career moved away from the technical side and focused on the soft skills necessary for success, I continued to study and learn about what is essentially the fundamental construct of any measurement of success - how we communicate with both ourselves and others.  I have been coaching and mentoring people for a number of years both at work and in my personal life.

Having undertaken formal training in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and achieved accreditation as an NLP Practitioner, I have drawn on my experiences of life personally and professionally to develop coaching and training techniques that are fun, enlightening, and empowering.

I believe that everyone has access to all the necessary inner resources they need, and dedicate my time professionally to helping businesses and individuals discover and achieve all that they want in work and life.

I live in the picturesque county of Suffolk, where I spend time with my wonderful 15 year old son.
